How does a one-of-a-kind Charm Home Book come to be?

Every keepsake journey is unique.

You may already have text documents and photographs saved on a thumb drive — ready for design and production. Or you might ask me to correspond directly with your book’s contributors, handling all details from start to finish.

It’s my passion to curate your timeless artifact — regardless of scope.

Consultation & compensation

We’ll discuss the scope of your project during our initial consultation. An estimate for professional fees will be determined following this conversation.

Initial consult: Virtual - no charge. In-person - $60

Professional fees are charged on an hourly basis ($60). Book printing is billed separately — and is contingent upon page count.

Occasionally, I recommend collaborating with another creative (such as a professional photographer), which may incur additional fees.

What are specifications for book dimensions, page minimum and materials?

Charm Home Books are sourced with premium materials - and feature coated paper stock and dust cover jacket with interior flaps.

Four sizes are available:

• 7” x 7” small square (starting @ $ 60.00*)

• 8” x 10” (starting @ $72.50*)

• 12” x 12” large square (starting @ $177.50*)

• 13” x 11” (starting @ $118.50*)

The printer requires a minimum 20 pages (plus cover). Though most clients’ books range between 20 to 80 pages, a maximum 240 is available.
